FUEL BIDS 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR |
The Prairie du Chien Area School District is interested in receiving bids on fuel (Unleaded and Diesel) for the School District’s Transportation needs. This will include the fueling of all the buses in use by the District for its daily routes and extra-curricular needs.
It shall be agreed that all invoices will be received once a month between the first and the seventh day of the month. This will allow for payment within 10 days of receipt of invoices. All pricing in bids should include any discounts from posted pump prices minus all Federal and State excise taxes and any taxes or fees not applicable to the school with no minimum or maximum purchase required in any given month.

The Prairie du Chien Area School District, request milk bids for the 2017-2018 school year on the following: Approximate milk consumption last year was about 245,000 half pints.

1% White Milk 75,000 ___________________
Skim Chocolate Milk 170,000 ___________________
If the price is not firm for the entire school year, then an escalator clause is to be included in the bid. The Chicago Federal Milk Market order is to be used as a basis for change. The Dealer is to inform the school in writing, the change of price prior to the month it is to take effect.
Dealer is to furnish locked coolers at the following locations:
****B.A. Kennedy School – 2 coolers
****Bluff View Intermediate School – 3 coolers
****Senior High School – 2 coolers
Milk is to be delivered at the above schools, after 7:00 a.m. and before 1:30 p.m., during school hours, a minimum of 3 days per week.
The Prairie du Chien School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities. Award of bids will be in such a manner as deemed right and proper for the Board’s interest.
