Works Cited pages and/or Bibliographies are double-spaced with run-over lines indented 5 spaces (one tab).
Works Cited pages and/or Bibliographies are organized in alphabetical order.
Books
Remember: 1) Do not use a two-letter state abbreviation in the publishing information if the city is a well-known U. S. city. One exception: Washington, DC 2) Do not include such words as Co., Inc., Publishing, Book, etc.; use only the major name of the publishing house. Exception: A university press, as in: U of W Madison UP
