IMPORTANT DATES:
The public school open Regular Open Enrollment application period begins at midnight on February 5, 2024 and ends on April 30, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
Alternative Open Enrollment Opens July 1 and runs until the end of the school year.
HOW TO APPLY:
Go Online to Wisconsin DPI Open Enrollment Webpage. It is recommended that you submit your application as early as possible during the application period. Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.

Who is responsible for transportation?
Parents are responsible for transporting their children to and from school.
Can an open enrolled student participate in sports and other extra-curricular activities in the nonresident school district?
Yes, the opened enrolled students have the same rights and responsibilities as resident students.
Can applications be submitted to more than one school district?
The parent/guardian may submit applications to up to three nonresident school districts.
Must a student have a new application for open enrollment every year?
No, once a student is accepted into a nonresident school district the student may continue to attend that district without reapplying every year.
