The following educational options are available to children who reside in the Prairie du Chien Area School District 
 
Public Schools
B.A. Kennedy Elementary School (3K – 2nd grade)
Bluff View Intermediate School (3rd grade – 8th grade)
Prairie du Chien High School (9th grade – 12th grade)

Attendance at Private Schools

Prairie Catholic School (3K – 8th Grade)
Prairie Christian Academy (Kindergarten – 12th grade)
 
Charter Schools and Virtual Schools
Mighty River Academy/Virtual School (Kindergarten – 12th grade)
